Ditch the business letter & send a card Add an invitation to something that doesn't involve another donation Record a video message...   Youth Discuss Concerns with State and County Leaders at Steuben Youth Leadership Summit  Poverty in Steuben County, Public Transportation, and Education were just three of the topics identified by a gathering of Steuben County youth recently, and discussed with State Senator Thomas O'Mara, Assemblyman Philip Palmesano, and Chairman Joseph Hauryski of the Steuben County Legislature.   Thirteen youth representing five school districts began the day-long Summit, conducted by the Steuben County Youth Bureau, by participating in a key-note training session with Laura Rossman, Executive Director of Pro Action of Steuben & Yates Inc., who stressed the importance of "Everyday Leadership" opportunities.

The Steuben Rural Health Network will join the National Organization of State Offices of Rural Health (NOSORH) and other national, state, and local rural stakeholders in celebrating National Rural Health Day on Thursday, November 20, 2014.
