  Tackle those Stressors, Avoid Burnout!

With so much going on at the office and home, it's no wonder multiple stressors start to accumulate. Rather than being overwhelmed in trying to tackle them all at once, start with one or two and find a coping method that works best for you. Implement these 5 steps into your life to avoid burnout:
  • Identify your stressors
  • Take breaks
  • Change your thinking
  • Do something physical
  • Balance your down time
