Try a workout routine during your favorite shows this week - You can even choose different routines for different shows, or use each commercial break to try and beat your last record!

Volunteer in the Spotlight: Mary Moyer
|
Mary Moyer has been volunteering at the Finger Lakes SPCA for nearly 10 years. After reading about animal rescue situations that FLSPCA had participated in, Mary decided to stop into the shelter to inquire about volunteering and has been providing her service and passion ever since. A retired public school teacher, Mary dedicates her time by helping out at fundraising and public relations events as much as possible, as well as filling in whenever needed. Although it is challenging to find other volunteers when extra help is needed, Mary finds reward in knowing that she is answering a need and making a difference. Read More about Mary >
